About R & D Management (London) Ltd
Established by Robin Sibley CSSW in 2000, we are an independent waterproofing and damp penetration surveying company. We work primarily in London and the Home Counties but have also undertaken projects across the UK and in Europe.
We advise on a broad range of projects including remedial works in historical properties and the provision of waterproofing design specifications in new build commercial or residential developments.
We work closely with architects, building surveyors, structural engineers and interior designers, as well as principal and specialist contractors and self builders. Because of our independent status all our clients are provided with unbiased opinions and advice.
All our surveyors are qualified to CSSW standard and fully conversant with BS 8102 (2009).

R & D’s Managing Director, Robin Sibley, has more than 35 years of experience in the waterproofing industry and was actively involved in surveying, contracting and project management before setting up R & D Management (London) Ltd.
Robin has in depth experience with all types of traditional and modern construction techniques and has worked closely with most of the UK’s waterproofing and damp proofing system manufacturers. He was also instrumental in the drafting of revisions to BS 8102 (2009) prior to its issue.
